Decided to post on another subject. Aylwin and trevor. Instead of writing the whole thing myself, i have decided to quote from jing kai.

Can somebody please tell me WHY, WHY are Trevor and Aylwin in the ncc day parade. and WHY, are they in OUR company's photo, OUR part's photo. OUR part, NOT theirs

they are in NCC for one and a half years, their sleeves are like popiah, their boots cant shine for god's sake, their beret are NOT STARCHED(one and a half year to do it), their drills are like the juniors or even worse, their collar looks like it has been starched last year, and they are PRIVATES, the same rank as people exactly ONE FULL YEAR their junior.

apparently they havent waken up their idea yet. one and a half year of ponning ncc trainings and on WEDNESDAY, i TOLD THEM that training was at 2.30, not 3. I TOLD THEM that it was half-u. I even SHOWED THEM the freaking sms. i didn't need to do it because they are suppose to know the information themselves. but i still showed them because i was worried, and this got me into a freaking lot of trouble. but i knew you guys were ignorant anyway so i informed you. later in training, you guys LIED to SSG yiming that i didn't tell you shit. SSG yiming even pulled me out to talk to you. i could not believe it

YESTERDAY, at this point of time already, they said "Tommorrow NCC Day Parade, what shit la! what the FUCK".

nobody in the world wants to fuck you guys even if you wanted to get laid, face it

TODAY, they told me they wanted to go training, and leave at 4. The reason? "I want to visit solomon's father's funeral"

This is even more stupid than last year's I'm Overseas series of jokes

Last year, every training they will be "overseas". This is NOT Around The World In 80 Trainings.

We are all so much closer to solomon than you guys combined so don't give us the hypocritical shit that you are so good at.

The reality of ncc: either you work hard, or you quit. i learned it the hard way by almost quitting myself. but it's either of the two options, rather than staying in NCC and be a piece of shit "

Deleted the last part of the post to prevent any complications from arising. Firstly, our part and company photos. For the company photo i know not much could have been done. But i would definitely want to take another photo on our own training day WITH SOLOMON. I can safely say solomon deserves a thousand times more to be in the photo than them. If i had to use photoshop to add in a picture of him i would. They are totally selfish. People are grieving over deaths, they think its a joke, they want to use it as an excuse to get out of training. Come on, lets not even get to ncc values, DO YOU EVEN HAVE A CONSCIENCE? DO YOU FEEL NO GUILT WHEN YOU USED SOMEONES DEATH AS AN EXCUS TO GET OUT OF TRAINING. When someone says oh i don't feel like going to school, i want to go to, lets say one of ur family members, wake. And its just an excuse, how would you feel? And imagine how do we feel. Even though we never really got to know much, at least we know that death is not a joke. I do not even want to acknowledge you, even if solomon was a classmate, and u were in the same class as me, i would not want to acknowledge you as my classmate, or even someone i know.

After all this time in ncc, the times we still had that faith in you guys no matter how..little it was. We still tried getting you guys back. What has this done for you? What have we gotten in return? Actually i, or even us, never expected anything in return. Just that if we can get you back to training maybe we can change your mindset. Enought about that. You come for training now, but when you come late jing kai is blamed. What is this?
