Happy mother's day! =)

And since technically it's tomorrow already, happy birthday jing kai! =D

Another week has passed, quite relieved that the week is over together with all the science tests. Not sure how I fared, not very confident about ihc though.

I still don't get how some people can be so unappreciative and oblivious to everything, despite all the scoldings and what not, they feel no sense of shame whatsoever, it's so frustrating.

Yesterday's schedule was packed with mother's day celebrations for both sides of the family. Lunch was paternal and dinner was buffet at maternal grandparent's house. My mother wanted me to take a family photo initially, but seeing how it would be so troublesome trying to organise everyone, I sat there taking candid shots instead. My cousin was busy threatening to kill me if I took any photos of her, she wouldn't even know if I did anyway lol.

We had lunch at pariss today, the buffet is quite nice. Besides the good food, there's like, entertainment, watching people chiong for food like black pepper and chilli crab, oysters and shark's fin soup. There was this mother who actually told her two daughters to stand at the table where they put the oysters so that they could take everything, and I don't get why they need a whole plate of lemons for like 5 or 6 oysters, eating lemon or eating oyster. While walking around marina square my sis said she saw grasshopper..the chinese band.

I'm caught between the all for one, one for all theory and doing what's right. They say the leader makes the unpopular decision, this decision would not only be unpopular but it would serve as a point of contention among everyone. Whatever, if no one's gonna do it, I'll just do it myself.

I'm so looking forward to the holidays, at least not much of it is taken up..yet.
