I'm back from tianjin! =)

Yesterday was touring of beijing. Woke up at like 5 to get ready and everything. We boarded the bus for beijing at around 7+ for the 3 hour long journey.

Played random word games with alex, patrick and misha, damn amusing. It's like, there's a category then we have to name words under that category starting from the letter a, then when someone can't name anymore he will get a penalty and move on to be. C was funny because patrick couldn't think of any for fruits and vegetables so he was saying stuff like cake and..kangaroo.

Halfway along the bus ride there was a stop at some place with a toilet. Never ever seen such a crowded/disgusting toilet before. There was one urinal where the pipe wasn't connected from the urinal to the sewage and everything so everything just came straight out onto the floor from the urinal. And people were smoking and everything wth.

We went to the olympic park first. Everyone was busy taking pictures of the bird nest stadium on the bus, then before we got off for our 45min long walk + taking pics and everything the person said "you can now go for a walk around the olympic park and take pictures of the stadium and the water cube" and everyone was like huh water cube? Then we realised how low it was such that it was blocked by trees. Went around with ng peng, alex and bo qing taking pics and stuff. Then we ran off to the water cube with the some of the group since there was very little time left. After taking pics at water cube we needed to go to the toilet so we spent a lot of time looking for it, only to realise that there was a really super long queue. We had only 10 mins left to go all the way back to the bus and we didn't want to be late so we ran, and when we got back we realised that no one was back yet. There were those mobile toilets nearby so we used them and again, it's damn disgusting because there's no flush and nowhere for you to wash your hands..we used water bottles instead.

Next we went to the science centre. Quite a lot of interesting exhibits. A lot of spoilt exhibits too lol. We found this tilted house thing and another thing in which you had to walk through a spiral. At first I was standing outside then alex walked through first and suddenly he like banged against the railing and I wondered what happened o.o then I walked through and realised how dizzy it made you feel, like the platform was moving.

Went for lunch at some restaurant before going to tian an men and gu gong. Actually we didn't actually go to tian an men square just kind of walked past it. The whole place was super crowded. Alex bought the giant farmers hat thing which attracted a lot of attention lol. Wanted to buy stuff but then again everything was so rushed.

When we were out of the forbidden city there was all those people walking around selling stuff and they're super aggressive. Ng peng and I invented a phrase to sort of get them to go away and amuse ourselves called gao wei. So everytime someone came to us to buy stuff we just said gao wei and sometimes the person will become blur. I decided to experiment with different phrases and I got inspire when someone said "mai gei ni ma ma" so I started saying wo de ma ma hui ma wo and that seemed to work pretty well.

We went to the hotel where the rest who weren't leaving yet would be staying at. Then we went for a very green dinner at a nearby restaurant and left. On the bus suddenly felt weird like, for the past few days whenever we took the bus it would be damn re nao and everything with everyone talking, and suddenly the bus was so quiet because it was just the few of us.

Stoned at the airport for awhile. As usual the person at immigration had problem recognising me because of my photo from 4 years ago. Fell asleep on the plane while watching get smart, and it felt weird eating breakfast at 4am.

After coming back home I was like super tired and everything, even had problem unpacking my luggage haha, up to now I haven't slept yet. Okay I shall just sweep everything off my bed and go sleep.

My camera died halfway while I was transferring pics, hope the pics aren't lost omg o.o
